Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
Contact us quickly after placing the order. If it has not been packed, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
Can I update the shipping address?
Send your order number and the correct address as soon as possible. Once the parcel has shipped, the carrier may need to manage redirection.
